what is the return policy?

we hope you love your curated by staub piece. if, for any reason, it isn’t quite right for you, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

to start a return, simply send us an email to returns@curatedbstaub.com before sending the item back, including your order number and the item number of the piece you would like to return. we’ll get back to you and confirm your return.

once we have confirmed your return, please send the item to:

please note that return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

once you have notified us of your return, please send / bring the item back within 14 days.

we kindly ask that items are returned in their original condition, so they can find a new home and be enjoyed for years to come.
are any purchases final sale?

yes. all purchases made in our physical store are final sale. we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for in-store purchases, but we’re always happy to help you find the right piece before you make your purchase.
when will I get my order?

we ship all orders once a week, every wednesday, with austrian post.

orders within austria usually arrive within 2–3 business days after shipping.

for international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination. within europe, orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days, while deliveries outside europe may take around 3–7 business days.

please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the destination and postal service.

once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
